Gemunu Rajakaruna is an experienced professional with over 11 years of specified experience in auditing, taxation, and related financial services in Sri Lanka. He started his career as an audit associate of one of leading audit firm in Sri Lanka and worked as an Director- audit and assurance.

He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka). In addition, he has completed the AAT exams in Sri Lanka. He holds a bachelor's degree in of B.Sc. Business Administration (Special) with Second class at Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce (University of Sri Jayewardenepura - Sri Lanka).

Among 11 years of experience, He has served in Sri Lanka, working as an Director - audit and assurance, serving a diverse portfolio of clients covering a vast range of sectors including Insurance, Banks , Hospitality (Hotel management), Construction, Retail & whole sale business, Investment, Manufacturing, , Services and SMEs, from multinational companies to high net worth businesses, in the field of auditing, bookkeeping, tax consultancy, advisory and other finance related Services.

Gayan Withanage

Gayan Withanage is an experienced professional with over 11 years of specified experience in auditing, taxation, and related financial services in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. He started his career as an audit associate of Deloitte Sri Lanka and worked as an audit manager of Ernst & Young Maldives Office.

He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka). In addition, he has completed the Advisory Level - Certified Tax Advisor Course (CA Sri Lanka.) He holds a Bachelor's Degree in of B.Sc. Accounting (Special) with Second class at Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce (University of Sri Jayewardenepura - Sri Lanka) and currently reading an MSc in Financial Mathematics (University of Moratuwa - Sri Lanka).

Among 11 years of experience, He has served in the Maldives, working as an audit manager of Ernst & Young Maldives Office, serving a diverse portfolio of clients covering a vast range of sectors including Insurance, Banks , Hospitality (Hotel management), Construction, Retail & whole sale business, Investment, Manufacturing, , Services and SMEs, from multinational companies to high net worth businesses, in the field of auditing, bookkeeping, tax consultancy and other finance related Services.

Dilanka Dilrukshi

Dilrukshi is an experienced Finance professional and her skills align with Internal auditing, risk analysis, investigations, auditing, accounting, and Company Secretaries activities in connection with the Registrar of companies acquired through extensive education and excellent work experience over 12 years in Sri Lanka and Maldives.

She is a Certified Business Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) and holds a Bachelor's Degree in of B.Sc. Business Administration (General) degree at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura - Sri Lanka.

She is well-versed in performing risk assessment procedures and internal audits in the Hospitality (Hotel Management), Retail & wholesale business, Telecommunication, Education, Manufacturing, and Services industries and focused on improving business processes and compliance. Among 12 years of experience, she started her career as an audit trainee at Key Management Consultancy Services and gained experience in the field of auditing, bookkeeping, tax consultancy, Business plan and profile and Company Secretaries works and progress up to the managerial level within 3 years. Later, she joined Abans Group of Companies to enhance her experiences in the commercial sector and worked as an Assistant Manager - Internal Audit for over 5 years in Sri Lanka. Also, she has served more than four years in the Maldives, working as a Manager - Advisory of the Ernst & Young Maldives Office and serving a diverse portfolio of clients covering a vast range of sectors as mentioned above.

Mahesh Wickramage

Mahesh is an experienced professional with over 11 years of specified experience in auditing, taxation, and related financial services in Sri Lanka. He started his career as accounts associate of one of leading Non audit institute in Sri Lanka and worked as Manager in Semi Government institution.

In addition, he has completed the AAT exams in Sri Lanka and completed corporate level of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka). In addition, he have completed Diploma in Computerized Accounting and Bookkeeping at London School of Business & Social Sciences. He holds a bachelor's degree in of B.Sc. Business Administration (Special) at Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce (University of Sri Jayewardenepura - Sri Lanka) and completed the exams in Master of Business Administration at Faculty of Management Studies (Rajarata University - Sri Lanka).

Among 11 years of experience, He have served in Sri Lanka, working as an Accounts associates, accounts trainee and Manager, serving a diverse portfolio of clients covering a vast range of sectors including Hospitality (Hotel management), Construction, Retail & whole sale business, Payroll, Government finance regulations, Services and SMEs in the field of auditing, bookkeeping, tax consultancy, advisory and other finance related Services.
